Particularity: This parcel is planted in 95% Chardonnay, 5% Pinot Gris

This eastern facing parcel features very pebbly soil, as the various surrounding stone huts can attest.

A cross erected by Simon looks over this parcel. This plot, near and dear to the heart of the domain, boasts a striking view of the valley. This much beloved plot provides a unique and peaceful ripening environment for the grapes.
More recently, an homage to the Bize family was completed near this parcel.

The wines strike a perfect balance between richness, roundness, and freshness on the palate.
