Savigny-les-Beaune blanc

Surface : 2 hectares
In 1996 Patrick Bize decided to increase the range of whites offered by the domain, planting several parcels in chardonnay. This was a radical decision at the time given that Savigny-les-Beaune was only known for its red wines.
It took ten years but in the end his project was a success! Patrick’s vision was ahead of its time, and today Savigny Blanc Village is exported around the world.

This cuvée blends from several different parcels to create a charming wine whose roundness is tempered by minerality, all within a refreshingly balanced structure.
